Overview
This policy covers heftek.com and its subpages (VANT, SYNT, HefTek Labs, and their product pages). It does not cover the products themselves — VANT Cord, SYNT Cord, and other shipped products may collect information under their own, separate terms once you're using them directly.
What We Collect
The only information this site collects directly is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, email address, and message, plus company name and project type if you provide them. We do not require an account, and there is no payment processing anywhere on this site.
How Contact Submissions Are Handled
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards your message to our inbox by email. Web3Forms does not receive anything beyond what you type into the form. We use your information only to respond to your inquiry and don't add it to any marketing list without your separate, explicit consent.
Cookies & Tracking
This site does not use cookies, and there is no advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind. Aggregate visit analytics are collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless by design — it reports anonymized, site-wide traffic patterns and cannot identify or follow individual visitors.
Hosting & Infrastructure
This site is hosted and served through Cloudflare, which provides content delivery, DDoS protection, and TLS encryption for every page. Cloudflare processes standard connection metadata (such as IP address) as part of delivering the site, under its own privacy policy.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, and are deleted on request. We don't keep a database of visitor information beyond the aggregate, anonymized analytics described above.
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, this may be a right guaranteed under law (for example, GDPR in the EU/UK or CCPA in California) — but we'll honor the request either way. Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes in any material way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
